Role: Landscape scale conservation, heritage projects, managing 2 nature reserves, coordination of tree planting, advice for landowners, working with schools and community groups, managing the office IT, and appearing at events in the role of Friar Tuck (- really ha ha!)

Past experience: an MSc in conservation management led to roles with grassroots charities including BTCV and Groundwork.
